To fit in our team you got to be a:	funny and light person to hang around with, a team player and motivator, an entrepreneur, creative, under 30, responsible and accurate, not satisfied with 'good enough', willing to meet deadlines, progress is more important to you than an eight hour a day schedule
You don't need to be:	A Computer geek, Outgoing, a non-smoker, a boy, a leader, a commercial guru, the person nobody listens to.
You do need:	A proven background that you know what you're doing, skills to learn quickly, a driver's license, a clean slate with the judicial system, patience (...this is the Caribbean; read "Don't Stop The Carnival" by Herman Wouk, to see what that's about)
Do not apply if you:	Don't want to live on an island where the sea is 27 degrees Celsius, Azure Blue sea and white beaches. Also if you cannot live in a culture which can be classified as under regulated (don't worry, healthcare is okay), and sometimes surprisingly confusing. Easily get homesick -you could be stuck in the Caribbean forever (we don't mind...)
We offer:	A good salary to the standards here. (Hence the cost of living is incomparable to European or US standards). A nice and professional environment. We also throw in a laptop, to play and work with. Secondary labor conditions are always negotiable but are in basis a package deal. A legal status is also in order
